Our Giving and Receiving Ceremony for Ephraim was early this morning. It was a very lovely, formal affair with speeches by the three Vietnamese officials, Ben and Minh. The ceremony ended with the four of us signing the adoption paperwork. Afterwards we shook everyone's hands and shared congratulations. After the ceremony we all went out for a wonderful breakfast at an open-air restaurant right on the water and then checked out of our hotel rooms. This afternoon we ride seven hours back to Ho Chi Minh City.
