Ben and I both need to start an exercise program. During nice weather we've been riding our bikes on Rails To Trails, a nine-mile-long gorgeous path along an old railroad bed that runs along and over the Cumberland River. Ben and I both have two-person trailers that fit behind our bikes, so we pull the little guys (and burn extra calories), and the older kids ride their own bikes. Trouble is now it's just too cold and yucky outside.
I called about yoga classes and planned to start tonight, but I bummed out. They are taught at our church which is thirty minutes from home, and the yoga classes meet on the two evening a week that Ben is home early. I really hate to plan an outside activity on those nights.
So ... Plan B is our Wii Fit. Ben has had several patients tell him recently that they were able to lose a significant amount of weight playing on their Fit, so we're going to give it a go. Here's our first attempt at our new "serious" exercise regimen.
